The Shift: Living Mindfully

The Shift is a four-week, pre-registered course serving as an introduction to mindfulness and meditation and is advisable both for newcomers with curiosity and for more studied practitioners interested in deepening their knowledge and exposure. Each session includes instruction, practice and discussion. Participants will be encouraged to develop a home practice, completing short assignments/practices between sessions. The Shift offers a strong foundation in the disciplines of mindfulness and meditation and shines light toward a personal understanding of what it may take to incorporate them day to day. Come with interest and an open mind!

Course runs four consecutive Tuesday evenings, January 29, 2019 - February 19, 2019.
