What Our Kids Need To Thrive

For anyone who has them, this will be the “Summer of Kids!” With minimal camp offerings, working from home, this unprecedented time is putting pressure on our flex points.

These mid-week sessions are an opportunity to converse, relate and share with other parents and caregivers, and to slow down, check-in and recalibrate.

“What Our Kids Need To Thrive” is a mindfulness-inspired approach to parenting that hinges on the quality of our connection with our kids. Spoiler alert: What our kids need is you, a more conscious you! We will be reminded of what it takes to strengthen our connections, and where we go to troubleshoot when necessary.

Please be advised each workshop carries a suggested donation of $20 (although any amount is welcome!), all proceeds to be donated to Snowflake Place for Children and Youth: A child advocacy centre in Winnipeg, Canada focusing on the needs of children who have experienced abuse.
